The Goa Government will bring essential public services, welfare scheme information and grievance redressal closer to citizens through the ‘Sarkar Tumchya Dari’ initiative on October 17, 2026. Under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, the state will organise the outreach programme simultaneously across 10 locations from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., giving residents direct access to ministers and departmental officials.
The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to accessible, citizen-centric governance by helping people connect with the administration, understand welfare benefits and seek assistance with their concerns without navigating multiple government offices.

Direct Access to Ministers and Government Departments
The ‘Sarkar Tumchya Dari’ programme will create a direct channel between citizens and the government. Residents can raise genuine grievances, seek guidance from ministers and obtain information about government schemes and public services at designated venues in their respective talukas.
Dedicated departmental counters will help residents access relevant information and application support. Deputy Collector and Mamlatdar counters will provide assistance related to Mhaje Ghar Yojana and Revenue services.
The Social Welfare Department will guide citizens on the Dayanand Social Security Scheme (DSSS) and other welfare programmes. The Women and Child Development Department will provide information about Griha Aadhar, Laadli Laxmi and related benefits.
The Agriculture Department will distribute scheme booklets and application forms while explaining available agricultural initiatives. These counters will help citizens understand eligibility requirements, access the right information and take the next steps towards applying for benefits.
Chief Minister and Ministers to Lead Outreach Across Goa
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant will preside over the programme at the SSA Government College in Virnoda, Pernem. Cabinet ministers will lead the initiative at the other designated venues, bringing the government’s outreach effort to communities across North and South Goa.
The government has identified 10 locations covering Pernem, Salcete, Bicholim, Sattari, Tiswadi, Ponda, Mormugao, Sanguem, Dharbandora and Canacona.

The initiative also provides an opportunity for government departments to understand citizens’ needs and address service-related difficulties through direct engagement.
Through ‘Sarkar Tumchya Dari’, the government will take its outreach effort to 10 locations on a single day, reinforcing its focus on responsive administration and easier access to public services under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
